Denise Edwards
Denise Edwards is a highly experienced operational leader. Following a 30-year career in the National Trust, managing several large visitor focussed properties, most recently as General Manager of Hardwick Hall in Derbyshire, Denise is sharing her knowledge, skill and experience of managing large building projects and operational activities within listed buildings. Denise is highly experienced in fundraising within the charitable sector and engaging local communities with heritage.
Denise joined the Development Board of Harmony Works in July 2022 and is one of the founding Trustees on the Board of the Harmony Works Trust. As the granddaughter of a jazz pianist and a lover of all types of music and as a parent and grandparent, she is committed to giving opportunities around music education to all. She is passionate about diversity and inclusion and working together with local communities to deliver cultural ambitions.
She is also experienced in event management, people management and health and safety.
